Ella Chavers is a well-rounded and experienced real estate agent with New York’s largest and leading brokerage company, Douglas Elliman. She offers a seasoned skill set that is not only unique in the field, but also equips her to proficiently handle complex transactions.
Her personal and professional expertise continuously puts her on top of changing market issues that can affect NYC’s buildings and impact successful closings. Complementing her prowess as a distinguished specialist with a proven track record in the sale and rental of residential and commercial real estate in Manhattan and Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Westchester, is her corporate sales background and acknowledged success rate for closing complicated negotiations with Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to real estate, Ella achieved an accomplished career spanning nearly 15 years as a District Sales Manager at Business Week Magazine. In addition, she spent a significant part of my earlier career at Xerox Corporation, where she engaged in selling office automation equipment to major companies. She also worked with senior executives at major banks, as well as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, in spearheading universal mortgage approval across all banks on behalf of my own building at Central Park West. Further, Ella served on the Board of the McGraw-Hill Credit Union for two years.
She welcomes the opportunity to discuss clients’ needs and her strengths and experience in more detail. Please feel free to contact her privately at 917-608-9349.
