Closing The Deal on the UWS

Update: we now have a fully executed contract on 545 West End Ave, Apt 16A.

It took about a month to go from listing to

signed contract — which is not bad considering the current market. Even better? I was able to find an all cash buyer who is hoping to close quickly which is in sync with my sellers’ desire for a quick sale at a very competitive price.

What’s more, all this was wrapped up while I have been in Japan as part of an amazing professional conference (more to come).

That’s why it’s important to have a savvy broker in your corner that will go above and beyond to close the deal, especially one with an excellent team like ours!
